Hi Ridgewood Families!

Wayfaring Pediatrics is proud to partner with the Ridgewood Pool & Neighborhood for the 2nd year to offer an on-site vaccine clinic for the upcoming respiratory season. We plan to offer this on Saturday, October 17 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM.

Our goal is simple: make it as easy and convenient as possible for families who want to protect themselves and their children against flu and COVID this fall. Increasing vaccination rates helps protect our community and reduce illness-related absences from school and work.

If you think your family may be interested in participating, please complete this interest form. Completing the form does not commit you to receiving a vaccine - we’re simply using it to gauge interest and plan our vaccine supply.

There is no out-of-pocket cost to you. Vaccines will be processed through your insurance carrier, with no copay or other charge.

And parents, you’re eligible too! Consider this a one-stop shop for getting the whole family vaccinated. Thanks for helping us make this a successful tradition for a second year!
