Thank you to everyone who came out to support our first-ever Ridgewood Volleyball Fundraiser! Local students Luke Ezekiel and Aaron Stinehour organized the event, bringing the community together to play volleyball for a great cause.
We raised a grand total of $716.26 in donations! 100% of these proceeds will be given directly to the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill. This amount is enough to sponsor an in-hospital Family Room for an entire month AND provide grab-and-go meals that families can take with them to the hospital.
We were also happy to host Carolina Sugar Clouds, a food truck that served yummy cotton candy and drinks for our participants and spectators to enjoy.
Thank you again to Luke, Aaron, and everyone who played, cheered, and donated to support these families when they need it most!
A massive thank you to everyone who came out to make the 15th Annual Pig Pickin' such a success! We enjoyed loads of slow-cooked pulled pork made by Mike Capps, a delicious spread of sides and desserts brought by our members, and our community spirit was on full display. Thanks to all who contributed - we really couldn't do it without you!
A special shoutout goes to Blaine , who took home the crown for Best Dessert for the 3rd year in a row! Consider the gauntlet thrown—start perfecting those recipes now and bring your A-game next year!
We had an amazing 4th of July at Ridgewood! It was HOT but that didn't stop folks from enjoying the free hot dogs, popsicles and pool time! The soda dive, diving board contests, and pie eating contests emceed by Neal Englert were big hits with the kids! We also had a special unveiling of the new flag led by Wes McMahon and Stan Hoffman, with remarks by Mike Szott. We truly appreciate our board and member volunteers that helped with grilling, contest judging, clean up and the bike parade!

We had fun with complimentary ice cream floats and pool games at the Tropical Breeze Party on June 27th!
The first adult night of the 2026 pool season was a ton of fun! Thanks to all those who came, sang, and conquered!
A massive thank you to everyone who joined us for opening weekend! The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, and it was wonderful to see the pool deck buzzing with community spirit once again. We kicked off the season in style, grilling up and giving away over 200 hot dogs and 150 ice pops to hungry swimmers! Thank you for making the start of the season so memorable. Here’s to many more sunny days ahead!

A huge thank you to all our members for making this year one to remember. From the annual Pig Pickin' to our big 60th Anniversary Party, the 4th of July festivities, special guest Wool E. Bull at Baseball Day, and our first-ever Ridgewoodstock, it was a season packed with fun. We also had lots of memorable adult nights, activities and of course, all the wonderful days and evenings spent just hanging out at the pool!
We also want to extend a special thanks to all the folks who have volunteered throughout the season - from flood clean up to grilling dogs, we couldn't do it without you! Thank you for being part of the Ridgewood Family.

A huge thank you to all the members and kids who came out to celebrate the start of the new school year with us on August 23! It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying the complimentary donuts, iced coffee, and little goodies. We wish all our Ridgewood students a happy, successful, and fun-filled school year!
We hit it out of the park—at the pool! Wool E. Bull made a special appearance bringing big smiles, high-fives, and plenty of summer fun. Thanks to your support, we raised $102 for the Miracle League of the Triangle, helping bring the joy of baseball to athletes of all abilities. Thanks for making waves with us for a great cause!
What a wonderful time we had on June 29 celebrating Ridgewood's 60th Birthday! Ridgewood Club was incorporated on June 30, 1965, and it was fantastic to mark this milestone with cake, ice cream, and games at the pool. Our "Bye Bye School, Hello Pool" event was a big splash! Kids had a blast with free treats and hot dogs, celebrating the end of school and the start of summer. Congrats, students, on another fantastic year!

A HUGE thanks to the helpful folks who came out for the Ridgewood Workday on Saturday, May 3. It was a hard working bunch! And a special thanks to Hannah Royal for spearheading the landscaping improvements. Opening the pool each year is a labor of love and we couldn't do it without the help of our neighbors!
2025 egg huntThanks to all who joined us for the Egg Hunt on April 13! We had over 75 eager egg hunters uncover 800 eggs scattered around the pool grounds. This event marks the beginning of the 2025 social events and we can't wait to see you at the next one!
What a great turnout for our first Oktoberfest in a long while! We hope you had a great time enjoying the music, food, drinks and company. Thanks for joining us!
Thanks to all who attended the Baseball Party on July 27! $142 was raised and split between a winner at the pool and the Miracle League of the Triangle!
We had a great time at the Back to School Party on August 25. Lots of folks turned out for free iced coffee and donuts all day long and enjoyed a beautiful day at the pool!
We had one more adult night on September 6 and the last day of the pool season on September 15. Thanks for another great summer!

Thank YOU for making our Annual Pig Pickin' a huge success with all of your delicious side dishes and amazing desserts! We had a record crowd at the pool on Saturday, June 8. Also big thanks to Mike Capps and crew for many hours spent preparing the main course!
We had a great soft opening weekend May 18 and a super fun grand opening on May 25! We gave away some Ridgewood swag to keep you cool, hot dogs, popsicles and had a soda dive for the kids! It was so great to see our community hanging out at the pool again - thanks to all who came out!
