Reserving Pool Sessions: 2021 Season

Following the previous year’s COVID restrictions, we will continue to operate a reservation system for the 2021 season. Relevant information is documented on this page:

We will be using Membersplash for pool session reservations this season. There is no mobile app for Membersplash but the member profile and reservation pages work well on mobile devices. We will run on the following schedule until the end of the school year: 

Monday: 4:30pm – 6:00pm, 6:15pm – 7:45pm

Tuesday: 4:30pm – 6:00pm, 6:15pm – 7:45pm

Wednesday: 12:00pm – 1:45pm, 2:00pm – 3:45pm, 4:00pm – 5:45pm, 6:00pm – 7:45pm

Thursday: 4:30pm – 6:00pm, 6:15pm – 7:45pm

Friday: 4:30pm – 6:00pm, 6:15pm – 7:45pm

Saturday: 10:00am – 11:45am, 12:00pm – 1:45pm, 2:00pm – 3:45pm, 4:00pm – 5:45pm, 6:00pm – 7:45pm

Sunday: 12:00pm – 1:45pm, 2:00pm – 3:45pm, 4:00pm – 5:45pm, 6:00pm – 7:45pm

Once school is out and lifeguards are able to get to the pool earlier in the day, we will begin our summer schedule with more sessions on weekdays. Please note the following with regards to booking sessions:

  • This season, we have increased the number of people on deck for each session to 60. We currently plan to increase this number to 80 after the first two weeks. The Board will re-evaluate this number again in the middle of June.
  • For the time being, Members are permitted to book 5 slots per member per week with no more than two sessions per day. The Board will re-evaluate this number again in the middle of June.
  • Sessions will become available for booking 7 days in advance.
  • Each member (this includes children in a family membership) will require a reservation in order to be permitted onto the pool deck
  • Members are permitted and encouraged to cancel reservations if necessary before sessions start. If you don’t show for your session, that booking slot is forfeited for that week.

To make a reservation:

  • Open a browser on your computer navigate to
  • Login using your membersplash username & password
  • Move your mouse pointer over the Reservations label in the light blue banner 
    • Click on Make a Reservation
  • Click the date field on the right hand side of the page and select the day you wish to make your booking
  • Click the session you want to book
  • Select members associated with your account for whom you would like to make a reservation
  • If you would like to receive a booking confirmation & reminder, select the available email addresses.
  • Click Book It.
  • Done.
